Every year I have a handful of clients who come to Colorado for vacation and decide to have some engagement pictures taken. I mean, why not?! You’re in one of the prettiest states in the country, you’re on vacation, you’re engaged, I think having professional photos taken is an awesome thing to do! I really love doing these destination enegagement sessions for couples, because I get a chance to travel to the mountains and get to know a new couple…plus, if we’re being honest, I kind of like playing tour guide!
Corey and Ahsleigh were spending their Thanksgiving in Vail this year and decided that they wanted to take advantage of the beautiful mountain backdrop and have their engagement pictures taken in Colorado. I can’t blame them! Vail is beautiful right now! There is just enough snow for skiing and snowball fights, but not so much that it’s difficult to get around. We ran around Vail Village for an afternoon and had a good time getting to know each other and discovering fun places to shoot!
