Spruce Mountain Ranch Wedding {Brett & Julie}

Goodness, where should I start? Maybe I should start with how I love that Julie and Brett chose Spruce Mountain Ranch for their beautiful wedding. Or maybe I should start with how I think Brett and Julie are about as kind and down to earth as any two people can get. Or maybe I should start with how I loved all the cows at the ranch (I kinda love cows!). Or maybe with how beautiful their wedding ceremony in Genevieve’s Garden was. Or how wonderful Brett and Julie have been to work with over the past year. Or how much fun their guests had at the reception. I just don’t know where to start….

Brett and Julie’s stunning wedding was at Spruce Mountain Ranch, just outside of Larkspur Colorado, yesterday. The ranch is full of hundreds of acres of absolutely breathtaking scenery. There are lakes, ponds, creeks, fences, flowers, beautiful buildings and open pastures all over the place! It is a wedding photographer’s dream! I’m so glad we were able to take advantage of all the open space because Julie and Brett planned for over an hour for their pictures together (I love when couple’s do this!). Their ceremony and reception also highlighted the natural beauty of the ranch. I loved how the doors in Albert’s Lodge, where the reception was held, opened up to a patio with fun lights to dance under! All in all, it was an absolutely ideal day full of love, laughter, dancing, and good times.

Brett and Julie, I’m still in awe at how great your wedding was! David and I were delighted to be there with you to document such a fun day! I hope your future is full of many happy years and lots of mountain bike riding!
