I really like football and one of my favorite things is when the TV or radio announcers get super excited when some one is running the length of the field towards the endzone to score a touchdown. “He’s at the 10 yard line…running hard… at the 20…30…oh! he pulls a sweet spin move to dodge a tackle…at the 40….the 50 yard line….he could go all the waaaaaaaaaay!”
I’d like one of those announcers to announce my wedding season like that….”She’s starting strong….4 weddings in one month…oooo I love how she did those formals in under 15 minutes….she’s made it through April….heading towards May….7 weddings done….8 weddings done……..she could go all the waaaaaaaay!”
Yes, I know what a ridiculous idea that is. Don’t judge me! 
Aaaaaaanyway, Krysten and Eric’s wedding on Saturday was my official 50 yard line for this wedding season. They were #15 of 30 weddings I’m shooting this year (Note to self: 30 weddings is a lot! I think I’ll aim for 20 next year so that David doesn’t wonder why his wife disappears every single weekend!) I can’t believe how fast time goes, it feels like just yesterday that I shot Laura & Henry’s wedding in January!
I thought it might be fun to go through some of these weddings and pull out a few of my favorites that never made it to the blog. Sometimes, some of the best moments get buried in the 3,000 images I shoot per wedding!
